Propel attended the first-ever Salesforce Manufacturing Summit last month, along with other change-makers and innovators in the industry cloud solution space for manufacturing.
In Propel's breakout session "Harmonize Product, Quality, & Customer Processes," Chief Strategy Officer Ray Hein was joined by Michael Farr, VP of Operations and Plant Manager at MSA Safety who told his story about being an agent of change at the company, helping them to mitigate disruption during the pandemic, outpace competitors, and future-proof their business.
Michael's efforts to implement a flexible industry cloud solution enabled MSA Safety to register a 25% increase in revenue while headcount decreased by 20%. Plus, they continued to maintain 100% of their product compliance across five different agencies that each audited their operations four times annually.
